You can easily run toribash in linux with WINE
I'm currently running it on Ubuntu.

You're going to have to run the Windows version of toribash with WINE.

It's unlikely for a new linux version to come out anytime soon.

Regarding the search problem: you need toriprime to be able to search the forums.

Thanks, I read the sticky but it wasn't clear about whether a new linux client is planned or not. The wine version doesn't work as well as the native linux client on my machine but thanks for the hint.

It'll be done when it's done.
