I completed 4 free surveys (read the the text on what to do on all of them) and then I did not get any TC from any of them am I blocked from doing surveys or something

Most of the survey's are broken and do not actually give you tc. Occasionally though, you'll stumble upon one that actually works, but that is highly unlikely.
