Sometimes it glitches. If you have had it for over 24 hours, try sending it to a friend or an alt and send it back. Are you sure it is full chronos too? Not missing nay parts?
I checked your set it appears to all be there. Try this, take it out of market, remove items from the set and wait a solid 48 hours. Should fix the problem.
