Very basic, nothing impressive about it. Maybe 200-300TC.

I agree. It's a simple head.

Simple but you managed to at least attempt shading. Just need to map it more properly.

Here is second is it better or not ?

You have to try and puportion it better. The eyes are way too huge and the mouth is too low, ect. Over all, its a nice attempt for your first heads.

1st: eyes are too high and mouth is too low, hair loos bad. 100tc ~
2nd: Slightly better, hair loos bad and mouth is still low. 150tc ~
