my first replay, KNEE
hi

this is my first replay. hope someone enjoys it.

to those newer players who want to know how i did this:

(PREPARATION)
:hold one leg on the ground
:contract one knee and keep it there
:extend hip with knee contracted
:contract pecs to grab head

(KNEE)
:extend pecs, contract stomach and lower shoulders to bring him down(optional contract elbows)
:contract hip with contracted knee

(REPEAT)
after momentum is lost,
:reverse the forces for (KNEE) for maybe 15-20 frames, then reverse again to repeat the knee


i know this doesn't use a lot of muscles and is far from ideal, but it's simple and uses some of the strongest muscles.

anyone has tips on how to improve this?
