i got a problom with the game when i entering the game its not in english thets on some wierd language

I would imagine that it's not a different language the game is displaying in but simply a common graphical glitch. Have a read through this thread. It should resolve the problem.

Probably some russians talking ingame.

Make sure that your thread titles specify the topic, instead of just asking for help. Also, to help you completely, you need to show us what's going on.

It could be ingame UI messup caused by graphics drivers that need updating. If so, read this thread :
