TBP/Vip both look glamorous and all but i'm not looking to waste my money , so i read the details of both but i'm still uncertain what one of the specific details in the ViP section mean.

So all the other details are pretty straight forward , but in VIP it says it's an expansion on toriprime , so does this mean i'll have to get prime if i want to buy VIP? Or does prime come along as an added bonus if i were to purchase VIP?

u need active prime to be able to use VIP.
so u have to buy prime first, and then VIP.

Oh , well i thought that if i bought VIP it wouldn't work so i'd have to end up paying for prime aswell , so i guess i was partially right , anyways , thanks blub.
