Is there any other way of finding out your graphics card besides running that program, cause it doesn't seem to be working for me: Help

I go to start > run > dxdiag > Display Tab > Look at the third line in the top left. It should say chip type, that is your graphics card.

Also when i download my new Graphics drivers where do i download them to, like what folder?

It should be an EXE file, which will auto-set them up.
