HELP!!!!
HELP!!!! I put toribash in full screen and i cant do anything my screen goes to pitch black to a greyish black and keeps flashing like that and i need to change it is there a way i can go into the files and change it from there?

you can always re-download it and move your replays.
I don't think there is a way you can change the settings whitout launching toribash but just in case what are you running?

In your Toribash folder, delete default.cfg. Should do the trick.
