Does it say that in-game? IF so, then the bounty bugs out the "".

Yes it say Charge my "weapon"
If you can not fix it I want my money back

I cannot fix it since I am not a staff, but I am sure if you are 100% positive that you didn't know that " " are bugged on bountys, that you'll probably get a refund.
