Requesting: Forum Avatar+Signature Picture

Style: C/P is fine, detailed and bright colored
Size: Avatar is 150x150, Signature is 650x150. NO LESS.

Specifics: I'd like an avatar and forum combo made for me. I'd like it to be either:

1. A guy with blond hair and blue eyes. Beyond that I'd like the colors to be gold if at all possible.

or

2. A dragon with thunder coming from its mouth. I'd like the dragon to be a yellow color with white details on it.

I'd like a small border on the avatar and signature, and I'd like them to be max dimensions.

+5k extra if you can make a small animation such as sparkles moving in both the avatar and sigpic. WIPS helpful but not needed. Get artisting ppl!
