Basically,
First you want to make your Dsc. Includes a name, rules, member list, goals, banners etc...
It's also good to have some members before you make the clan, like, friends who join as soon as it's made. Instant life and activity gives the clan better chances. Then just stay active and open to the community, gathering members and tc and such.

But you only need the 50k tc if you are applying to be official. It costs nothing to make a DSC.

DSC would be the player-coined name for the first post in unofficial clan threads which tells all the information about the clan necessary(with optional things added, depending on the clan's preferences).

Originally, all threads were named [DSC]Clannamehere, but that was never an actual rule. Now everyone uses a system of putting the clan tag in the brackets and the name outside of it.

DSC means a discussion thread for a clan.
