Press F7 and go to your toribash/screenshots folder. You'll find the image. It will be in .bmp format.

You can also use print screen.

You can also use /opt hud 0 and /opt uke 0 to remove the head up display and the uke
if you want them back, type /opt hud 1 and /opt uke 1
1 is positive, 0 is negative.
