Ive gotten my head its a jpeg and i converted it to a .tga And waited for about and hour. I checked to see it was tga and for some reason it read as tga. It wont upload. All i see are tori and uke heads now. Any Help or advice?


EDIT: Some heads work. But when i switch to another head it doesnt upload. I do wait but just dont work

It's becuase you have RLE compression on it...take it off when you convert it

or

you might have just a black and white texture if so add a colored pixel in the bottom right of the head perferably red or green

RLE? Whats that? Sorry your talking to a 13 year old that dont know that kind of stuff xD

RLE is a type of data compression that applies to the file. When you say "Save As" there should be a box that says [] RLE Compression. Un-check that box.

This is a 14 year old talking who does know.

That is the most common problem people run into with .TGA's. If that does not work, try any other file type. I.e. .png, .jpg, .bmp.
