that was the old version of toribash it was all cartoony and stuff sorry
the only way u can is to download an old version of toribash.one of the first..but i dunno where u download so sorry

Well it's quite impossible to download the old version of Toribash
unless Hampa or Veb or someone still has it
but you can't just search it in google trust me it won't work

You have to use that version for Cell-Shading/No shaders (As you cal black outlines). Note that that version doesn't support the news multiplayer system, so you have to use the new version to play MP, but the one I linked works just fine when playing singleplayer.
