When I typed in /server irc.toribash.com 6667 to irc it says Unable to connect to server (Permission denied). HELP??

mIRC is what I'm using but that wouldn't really make a difference what I'm using would it.

Actually, I usually get in by second try, since I have auto retry.

No idea why, seems like the server is denying a few connections from time to time.
Also are you sure you are not banned?

It always denies me even with 50 tries or so. Also I've never been in IRC so I wouldnt know why I would be banned.
