I don't normally complain about stuff, but here it goes:
Yesterday I reached the mighty global rank of 1337. Now I'd like to get my achievement for that, but apparently the system thinks otherwise. Could someone go and manually grant me that achievement or something?

I'm not sure how these are handled, but iirc you can get this achievement if a TSA is shown the appropriate evidence.

Rank 1337 is an achievement which you can get if your rank on the usercard(not ingame) equals 1337.
Usercard rank - 1 == how many players with the same belt as yours have more qi then you.
