before I did anything I had one idea in my head.. headless people but now thats finished Im stuck lol but I think I wanna go with a 1960's-ish theme

i have an idea, headless people is nice and add theyr heads in the shirts, what do you think?

This is nice. How about a background like you said of the 1960 but with inanimate "headless" things; street lamps etc

I agree with this idea.
Maybe you could make the background an image looking down the street and add normal things (People watering the lawn, cars, dogs, etc...) and have the "heads" of them removed?
