do you have a 128 head text? because seems it looks like bad quality. maybe more detail on the oragne part and more shading to make there look like there is a nose because everything like the nose and mouth are flat.

Quality is a little "nyeh", but the hair is pretty awesome and well done

I'd say just fix the mask so it doesn't look merged to his face, shade it a little more, and it'll pretty much be set. won't comment on the hair until there's some better res.
