This is just amazing.
I like the theme, the monster (who looks like that creature from Lord of the Rings on narcotics), the darkness in the room, the character peering in, and all those small details that make it whole.
The only thing I could suggest is to add small details to certain things (I.E. Very small dust particles underneath the monster's nails.), and to make the girl's hand look more humane.

I love the theme of it, but imo I think you shouldn't have put the girls face in.

The monster's hand and the scratches on the floor are beautiful though.
