You should actually draw some thing instead of every 2lines you make a new wip. Get some sort of an idea or full sketch going before you post, so people can actually cnc your work, rather than just spamming threads.

Why the hell is it bright under the nose

Same with beneath the hair, I think you got the shading backwards there.

The values are not correct and the face is not that proportioned :D
You don't need to use black outlines to define all the features you know (shade it properly or get some ref to know how to start)
Our eyes can tell when a shape changes direction if you use the right values and know how to shade.

-Nose ( The ball overlap the nostrils and it looks weird)
