uhm i cannot upload new textures and that sux but all the time that text appears : Your texture has been successfully uploaded
but theres not a new texture!!
can anyone help me?

It's a global bug, you can't upload textures currently.

How i can upload an avatar?

Go to UserCp, Edit avatar, then either type the direct URL to the image in "Option 1" or click browse and find the file on your computer in "Option 2".
Once you've done that click Save Changes.

You can't have animated avatars unless you buy toriprime for 10$.
