items like orc(noob items) marine got restock but the rest naw if it does YAY well the chances are 1 our of 999...

They restock the shop periodically. Some items never will be restocked, but some are restocked whenever the team (hampa/veb) see fit.

Doesn't cost money.

Just we, the people who do the restockings, are extremely lazy and don't feel like increasing the amount of stuff in circulation that much.
