First of all I would suggest slowing down the spin. When they go that fast it's hard to see the details. I usually set the frame delay to 222. I don't know what is considered standard here but that's what I use for all of mine.
I'm hesitant to critique because it's not done. Right now I'm not very fond of it but that does not mean that it's a bad start. All I can really say is that it needs more detail obviously on the back and top. I would suggest trying to stick with something similar to the style of the front.
I also really don't like making suggestions for what to add. It's your head and everyone has an opinion especially here it seems. When I make heads normally I am trying to create something specific. Rarely do I think it's a good idea to start with out a clear concept of what I want unless I'm just doodling out of boredom.
Honestly I would not even consider a set until a had a clear concept or a finished head. Of course just wait a little while and I'm sure there will be several people telling you what to change and add.
For now all I can say is slow it down and more detail in the blank areas.

Seriously, try to piss standing up for a change. No life girly pants dimwit.
