Please use a template next time. When I use Paint to make heads, I still map it better than this. Lower the eyes, raise the mask.
In the mask you could've made the white a bit darker or something, it looks like it's just a hairnet on someone's face.

The height of the eyes, as well as how easy this is to steal is really bothering me. In fact, the mapping in general is off, and it's just way too simplistic for my taste.

Looks like the guy is wearing a pair of chicken wire speedos on his face.
