I'm trying to do a realistic head. Plz give me some tips on what i should add. It's just a wip and i'm going to add much more but give me some C&C and some tips ;)

Well, try finishing the eyes before you add the mask thing.
Also, the skin colour is a bit dark, looks more like a zombie

added new skin and did new eyes C&C

You should maybe add some scars on the face.

But so far pretty good.
