It could be multi-clienting yes. But I doubt someone would be that stupid to do it in a server with other people.

Well, there is a very big possibility that they are alts attaining TC for there main accounts, Or they might be some friends using the same account to play against each other.

They can't accounts on the same ip can't gain tc or qi from facing each other.

They are probably just two friends playing for fun, they probably dont care about TC and Qi.

Maybe, what if they are siblings.

I think it's against the rules to like start a tourney with alts and what not.
