hold all - contract left knee - extend both gluthes - contract both pegs
space 50 frames - extend left knee
space 70 frames - extend right elbow -extend right wrist- extend right pegs - contract neck
stolen from a youtube comment works for me then you have to work the rest of the spin out yourself
There are other ways, so try editing the start of this move a bit to get different kinds of headspins.
