Looks a bit cartoonish and reminds me of micky mouse...It's more like a design then a robot 7/10 for micky mouse!!!

The design is very good, mapped very well. But the mostly solid colours aren't doing it for me, perhaps add gradients or shadows/highlights?

Meh not that good, looks nothing like a robot. Try to get more of a metalic finish and maybe add red glowing eyes and some mechanical parts. :P To do that you would have to make a new head.
