Proportions are way off, and the pentooling is absolutely atrocious. To be quite honest, he looks like he has some sort of mental disability. The shading under his shirt is way too sharp, and the shoes he's wearing are tiny. What little dynamic shading there is is randomly placed and makes the fabric of his clothing look stiff and unrealistic (then again, so does his giraffe neck).
