Every time i try to turn on shaders or something it never turns on, it will just automatically turn its self back off when i click ok though can anyone help me?

He had the same problem. The solution was to turn on java. I would advise that you try that if you haven't already.

So how would i enable it?

Already says its enabled, :/

The only other answer I could possibly think of atm would be that your graphics card isn't able to support shaders.
