Hey guys,

just a little problem. it only allows me not to play to so no big deal.

I start the program, it loads the screen and is choppy for about a second. Then the animation smooths out. I click on MP and try to choose a server but everytime it tries to connect, the client crashes. I have tried running it in Administrator mode, etc. No dice.

Heres my hardware info if it makes any difference:

 OS: Windows 7 Professional
 CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Quad CPU    Q6600  @ 2.40GHz
 RAM: 3327 MB
 GPU: NVIDIA GeForce 9600 GT
 VRAM: 512 MB
 DRIVER: 8.17.11.9621

You've probably heard this thousands of time, but have you tried re-installing it? I doubt it would make any difference, but it's worth a try.

Yeah, and I have re installed it about a thousand times.

Get 3.86.
3.88 has had a lot of bugs, anyways.

Still crashes on 3.86

Does anything happen in single-player? If not, it may be a problem with your internet/firewalls. Disable your firewalls for toribash.

Get a Alpha Toribash 3.9

Ooops, it indeed was a firewall problem with my new AV.
