the eye details is good.

there is many problems you can solve easily,
the mouth is too big,
the eye is looking too far apart from the center,
and the eye ball is normally linked with the corners,
would this be really looking to the side?

try to detail more, like the fibers of the flesh, the skin,
I guess it is horror make it scarry,
if not, it is just a monster.

My only complaint is how blurry it seems to be. Looking forward to seeing it finished.

head needs details. (eye and mouth are not enough)

everything is blurry.. at this moment its too flat

I think you should make eyes and mounth smaller because it's really to big, 4/10.
