Crazy spin.
Hold all, Contract left Pec, Right rotate chest, extend left hip and glute, contract right hip and glute, contract right knee, extend left ankle. Space Twice.

Contract left wrist, lower left shoulder, contract left elbow, extend right knee. Space Twice. Ok since I didn't write it down and I'm unregistered I don't know what I did but you guys should be able to experiment better... Extend wrist and elbow release hand, raise left shoulder, contract right elbow, grab hand, lower right shoulder, space 2. raise right shoulder and extend right elbow, space. Extend wrist lower right and release. There is a way to make it spin crazy and gush out blood but again I don't have the game.
