the flying glute!
in this move, the glute mysteriously floats...( maybe held up by trail of blood?)
anyway... here's how you do it!

hold all, extend both glutes,
extend both ankles, extend abs,
<space x6>
contract both glutes, <space x3>
contract both knees, <space x2>
contract both hips, extend both glutes,
press "p" and watch it fly!!!
also make sure to zoom out on your guys side before pressing p!!!!
