Hey, when i returned from vacation, my account, Jabulon, was stolen. I received an email on my gmail acc about suspicious logins, and was told to take contact with staff. I both replied to that mail, and sent a message via the lost my password or w/e page.

Ive gotten no replies as of yet.

wtf can i do? had like 30k tc and items worth 100k on it. not to mention the 35k qi.

Support is rather loaded with these sorts of emails at the moment. Please be patient and they'll get to you eventually.

well that was sorted out fast ^^ thanks, i was just worried.

now to unban my acc. i was told to contact u hanz0. ive changed the pass and everything, but it says its permabanned, being under investigation.

can u fix it?
