hi I'm starting a thread on my pixel art, all submissions will be in this first post here but i will also post when something new is added...


now, I'm using photoshop to make these but i wanted to do this in a cool way without anything done for me, all drawn by hand, so here is a list of the only tools I'm allowing my self to use, i may add a couple as i go on, but currently this is all i need, anything not on this list is not used.


to start things rolling (pun not intended) here's a pxl logo for 11D
now i have added a strange shimmering sapphire, the anti-alias is done by hand.
interesting building, tho not to much on it...

cube logo: (20 frames, 13 colors)
sapphire logo: (2 frames, 9 colors)
house logo: (0 frames, 14 colors)
Large house: (0 frames, 29 colors)




Pxl menu: (140x324 pxl) (res:72)

Sprites.

Toribash chars: 7 colors, black and white, 3 sprites so far.
<Normals.
<Shadows. (can go on any background)
<Position with normals.

thanks TW, yes it is but it's fun i enjoy it...

also i need practice to get as good as the guy I'm taking tutorials from... i want to get into every aspect of the games industry.

I have a good idea. Try to make toribash sprites! like a little pixle tori! or uke! Im going to makes some pixel art in paint you've got me inspired...lol :P

I've tried that before i got bored half way through, once I've finished the one I'm doing now I'll sleep.
