my friend wanted to play with me so I gave him the link, he downloaded, installed, registered, logged in.
He clicks multiplayer and there are no servers there for him, and in my computer I can play.

What version did he download? Also, a simple solution would be to check if his firewall is blocking Toribash from connecting.
