i bought two hand flames, they both look great, but when in game they ussually look good the first turn, but by the second or third turn they become horribly pixelated or dissapear altogether, htere even starting to do tihs on the first turn sometimes

Well it's probably how the flame is made. You could try to buy a flame particle texture and see if that would do anything.

Does this happen in single-player?

no it only happens in multiplayer, and i forgot to mention there hand flames one black and one blue (if that makes any difference}
