is there any way to get rid of non-expiring infractions? ive lost 20 points that way so far and that was a long time ago when i was a d-bag. can i somehow talk to the person who infracted me about it? thanks for helping

You can try, just send them a PM about it. Don't expect them to be reversed though, there'll have been a good reason for the in the 1st place.
