If you have a clan with only one person it's just you forever alone. And it can't be official if it doesn't have 4 members.

Yeah if theres only 1 member for a really long period of time, a clan mod will terminate it for sure

By the very definition, a clan is supposedly a group of players. I am uncertain but I don't think a clan mod would allow that.
