I noticed that if you push Ctrl + O you can make your own hair if you have bought hair already.

But when i push "create" both in-game and in-browser, it leads me to a blank page.

Is this an update soon to happen or am i just glitching?

No, Your not supposed to be able to create and buy hair. But you can just create for the fun of it.

As far as I know only Admins(Red names) & Hampa can make hairstyles.

As aforementioned, you cannot create hair styles, only admins and higher-ups can.
