QFT. It needs to be the exact name of the different body parts : head.tga (.tga is the extension obviously) etc...

The size of the textures are 128x128px. No RLE Compression (amirite?).

And make sure you have copied the right name in /lp 1 xxx.

As someone said previously, try to put test as a folder name ; it would be easier.

The last option is that you've created your custom folder in the wrong version of Toribash, like in 3.72. Check out if it's really 3.8

If you got everything right, then put them in a custom folder and make the folder Read-Only.

Then do the load player command and it should work.

Note that you must not use the /dl command.

What are the names of the textures?

Also note that the ".tga" is file extension, it's not supposed to be a part of the actual file name.
First of all, /lp some else already in your custom folder. Just to make sure your /lp crap works in the first place.
If that works, then copy paste someone else's texts into your test folder. /lp.
If that works, then there's nothing wrong, you're just not doing it right.
If that doesn't work, err, iunno.

Posts some screenies too.
