simple as it is..

i want to start a clan.. can i do it.. with only 2 members (me + him).. or do i need to find more before doing so.


(if any have a link to where i can see rules regarding clans it would be great, thanks)

I think you can make a [DSC] in the clan section

But you need 20k, and 10 members i believe to become official

20k, yeah. But not sure about 10 members because I did it with about 3/4. =D

There's technically no minimum for members.
It's recommended that you get some, though. If you make a clan, make it official, and then nobody joins, you're out 20k TCs.

You made a clan with three quarters of a member? What'd you do with the other quarter, assuming it wasn't you? I don't know many people likely to draw themselves out into quarters for anything...
