How you chan ge the speed of the timer and also how do you have a 2 vs 1, and 3 vs 2

/set reactiontime XXX for the Timer

The 2vs2 isn't official yet, but you can find a 2vs2 & 3 players replay generator.

When you type /set reactiontime XXX :
Just to make sure you know XXX is a number.
Also, after you type it it says "none", ignore this, you should be able to see if your timer is moving slower.
