As many of ig active players know i am kinda a big lover of bets. But last time i can't play it correctly: all servers with big ammount of guys makes me ping every 2-3 minuts. Same with tourneys. I've tried to play nytourney about 10 minuts ago, but i pinged 3 times then i couldn't join it due to fullness of room. Anyways i am pinging only 2-3 last mounths. What can it be?

It happens to the best of us. Have you tried resetting your router? Or moving closer to it? It is most likely a physical problem with your internet or PC if it's been that long. I suggest getting it looked at.

Try restarting your router or contacting your provider/router support.
You could also try moving closer.

Well, it could also be cause if you're doing other activities on the internet. For eg, Watching a video, Skyping, Browsing on multiple tabs, etc.
