Recently was inspired to reinstall Tb. I downloaded version 4.7 and all of the text is very strange. I can still play Uke vs Tori, but I can't change the settings or mods. Any help would be appreciated.

This is quiet easy to solve. It's caused by outdated video drivers or no video drivers at all. There may also be a case that you don't have OpenGL installed on your pc (But that's rare since most video drivers install then automatically). Just update your drivers and it'll be fixed.
