I saw a while ago that name change and capitalization services were available. I would want to know if these services are still available.

If they are still available, i'd like to un-capitalize the last letter in my name, Typed it by accident.

Pretty sure that you must wait a little while before requesting a change to your name.
Currently, the admins have a lot of weight to carry in getting our forums back up again.
