The only thing i don like about this head is that they eyes are mirrored.

And I think they might be just a brush.

for the eyes i did them by hand, err mouse.

Um, the eyes aren't mirrored...

Anyways, I really enjoy this head. It looks pretty smooth and clean, besides some parts in the fur. I also dislike how the fur looks under the non-existent chin. Other than that, good work.
Edit: Oh, and that pixelated hair thing...

The head is very well done.
I like the way you shaded the hair.
The only thing I dislike is the bottom.
I think you could make it more cartoony.
Also, good job on the mapping at the top.

The mask thing puts me off. Looks like C/P because it just doesn't look like it belongs there.

And I seriously don't get the wood texture.
