Not bad, but you can add more details. less textures and more shading ^^

Too many colors, it doesn't look right.

Blue, Pink, Black, White, and Red. You should get rid of the red bricks

Try to add bright colors like yellow and orange, I think it really helps

Looks like a whole lot of pre-made textures to me :S try making your own
stuff, it ight come out nicer.

i will edit it but after 2 days because i am not in my house and i dont have the program :/

UHHHH. Not to be a party pooper but all you did was spam patterns and neon effects (( theres not really much to critisise other than that. please try harder.
